Absolutely shocking establishment! That is NOT fast food! It took 15 minutes to get a happy meal and a burger meal annd wasn?t even busy! Only to find that the cheeseburger was cold, they gave me a chicken burger rather than Philly cheese stack! They were concentrating on getting the delivery orders out rather than servicing the poor sods in the branch! If I could leave a zero out of 5 I would! Not the first time this has happened either!

Honestly, how is this place still in business? Just placed an order tonight at 7:30pm, it?s now near 10:00pm with no food. The app told me at 9:30pm that my food was delivered at 9:45pm, then 9:50pm and then at 9:55pm. Every time we go to order from this restaurant it?s issue after issue. It needs either huge reforms to bring it in line with nearby Cheam, or close entirely. Absolute joke of an establishment.

Sorry to say but apart from the guy that corrected my order after they got both mine and my friends wrong.
Upstairs was closed by 7pm meaning there was around 6 seats at its busiest.
This venue is clearly only interested in deliveries and not on the customer's that come in.
I physically watched then send out 6 different orders whilst mine sat on the side getting cold.
Chips were luke warm and if I was rushing off to the cinema I would have sent it all back.
Order a change to a double cheeseburger which they got wrong, lucky I checked as it was completely wrong.
I was strongly advice trying somewhere else as this store is not good for the passing customers.
Having said that the staff member that helped when I took the burger back was brilliant.

I was looking forward to my McDonald's meal after a hard day at work but was instead greated with suspicious substance covering the ground floor. I did slip but not badly enough to fall. I belive they have now lost me as a loyal customer!!

I used to think Epsom McDonald's was one of the best but today every part of both of our meals was stone cold and returned. Don't cook excess products and fob customers off with leftovers.
