Whilst I don't have a current account with Lloyds, I do occasionally use the ATMs outside the Epsom branch. However, the dirt and grime on the ATM keypads is absolutely disgusting and quite possibly a health-hazzard. I don't believe they have been cleaned in months. I sense a lack of pride and responsibility within the branch management. A disgrace!

Longer than normal waiting. The staff was very helpful to customers with disabilities. Very good to see. Branch will now close on Fridays

Poor level of customer service , inadequate number of staff available to attend to customers .nothing professional looking about a member of staff drinking coffee /tea whilst attending to a customer .the staff looked so uninterested and it was only 10 am in the morning .will we miss this branch should it close ?perhaps not .unacceptable to have to wait twenty minutes to be served .time to change banks .......

An understaffed shambles! Have been lucky enough to avoid the need to visit for many years. I opened my business account here and it's still held at this Branch. I needed a letter to secure an overseas order. I got in the "queue" for the help desk, but predictably with only one desk open, one difficult enquiry tied it up for the foreseeable future. Still not even at the front of the line for help and parking about to expire, I spoke to a lady at the teller desk who had been trying to help the help desk, thus it appeared she was the senior person. She point blank refused to help or hear my requirements, for business you go to the business centre apparently. Well that's fine but surely under any circumstances it shouldn't take me 30 plus minutes to get to that stage?I'm sure there's excellent and helpful staff here but this was a thoroughly unnecessary unpleasant experience.

Constant long queues, understaffed and unhelpful. Terrible service every time I visit even being told ?no? when asking for help, despite the machines never ever working. Go and use the Banstead branch - so much more helpful and friendlier staff.

The best customer service from start to finish. Everyone is so helpful and kind. I had an appointment with Yann about my account and received great guidance! Would highly recommend booking an appointment if you want to try and get your finances in order. No judgement and will definitely book again for a follow up. All in all, best Lloyds Bank branch i?ve come across.
