Amazing Service from Anna - She helped our family of Ukrainian Refugees, she made us all feel very welcome and helped the girls with their uniform. Stevensons were very generous with their discount, which really helped as money is very tight for them.

I visited Stevensons in Epsom. Shailaja helped us a lot and she was very helpful and provided us with all the useful information. She helped us speed up the process step by step by first prioritising the school uniform, then sports clothing and finally the bags. We would honestly be lost without her support. I d visit the store again in the future.

Worst experience ever 6 customer advisors 4 customers and 2 tills. Customer is selecting products while on the tills and advisor is bringing them from shop floor one after the other 6 trips made already. Advisor should know to take customer to the shop floor and show things not bring products on the till and block it.

I ordered school clothes back in July 2020 and have recived them over time however they come within months. I order an item back in July 2020 and haven't recieved it up until now. However customer service in the store was okay but more staff is needed.

1. I ordered three items and have only received one so far. If an item is not available or in stock, why aren't they informing the customer on the online website? I would have bought the undelivered items elsewhere.2. Picking up that one item from Lester Bowden was a nightmare. The shop in Epsom is truly chaotic and collecting the order took over an hour!3. Finally, the quality of all the items that I have bought from Stevenson's this time round as well as on previous occasions is pathetic. I could easily buy items of far superior quality at better prices elsewhere.

Paid online only collecting, just 2 people in front of us, OVER 70 mins to collect at the door.The two staff running around are lovely and polite, its the people above, organisational and planning skills alot to be disired obviously

No option but to buy uniform from this supplier but EVERY year there are delays and errors. Expect to be charged hundreds of pounds up front for uniforms which may or may not arrive before start of term. Expect missing items and mistakes. Expect to be told items are in stock which can be collected, when in fact they are not.

Really lovely people but dreadful service. Ordered a Blazer for my daughters school in June, still hasn't turned up and she starts in two days time. Today they sent us a pair of shorts instead. I'd laugh about it if it wasn't upsetting her
