Great staff! I came here because I had an eye problem and couldn't get in to see the GP. I booked an eye exam and the optician found an issue, so they have given me an NHS referral. All were very welcoming and helpful, from the receptionists to the clinical staff, and it is extremely clean throughout with modern furniture & equipment.

Booked the appointment and was few mins late. They called me up and told them just doing the parking. But when I reached they have given my appointment to some one else. Pathetic no courtesy wasted my time and money on parking.Will not use there services again.

When it came to choosing glasses difficult to see the cost of the glasses. Each pair had a label with tiny writing on, so could not read (don't I have bad eyesight anyway-that is why I am in an opticians !). Horrified to find on top of the glasses would be charged 55pounds per lense. NOT even anything fancy like bi-focals. So for two pair of glasses the bill was 440pounds. When I said I wanted to think about it the girl serving got very huffy and said"well I'll have to void all this then". Yes, because I will not be bullied into buying.Shame because the optician very good.

My Wife and I are regular customers of Leightons and I called in this morning without an appointment but this proved absolutely no problem for the Epsom Team. I was royally looked after by Michelle who was highly professional and went the extra mile to attend to my particular optical needs. Yet again Leightons have quite rightly achieved a 5 Star rating.Many thanks.
