I asked the staff at Leaders to come and value my elderly mother?s home (both for sale and rental) as she is considering a downsize.We met with the rentals Manager, Ben and his colleague Jessica who were both, from the outset, polite and understanding to my mother?s predicament.Ben explained in lay man?s terms the pros and cons of rental over sake and detailed clearly what obligations Mum would need to fulfil.Throughout the whole appointment I found both staff members friendly and knowledgeable; there was no effort made to press us into a decision and they left us with a clear understanding that everything that was discussed would be put in writing to us.A very professional outfit in my opinion. Would recommend
