I had a terrible experience here. I?m not from the area, and I honestly felt like they took advantage of that. All I needed was my clothes washed and dried?nothing was dry cleaned?yet I was charged £70. The lady working there admitted I?d been charged for the wrong service and assured me I would be refunded.
When I came back the next day to resolve the issue, the owner flat-out refused to give me my refund and was rude about it. Not only did I leave feeling ripped off, but I was treated very poorly. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, especially if you?re new to the area. Extremely unprofessional and scammy behaviour from any business.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Currently staying in Epsom as i am over working and needed my clothes washed and dried, was charged £70 and I paid it before realising the price, explained to the lady that I didn?t need my clothes dry cleaned and just would like them washed and dried in a machine and she told me she could refund me the next day when I was picking up my clothes when the owner was there. When I arrived to pick up my clothes the owner argued with me that the pricing was correct and I would not get a refund. I URGE ANYONE TO ABOID AT ALL COSTS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRICING!!!

Afzal (the new owner) is very friendly and helpful. I want to avoid plastic wrappings and hangers so I am pleased that he has introduced re-usable bags and folds my clothes carefully with tissue paper.

I walked in not very optimistic about getting my ink soaked jeans cleaned and was prepared to throw them away but the gentleman threw everything at them and they came back mint. Very grateful.
