A complete 5* service given by Mark at Kwik Fit Epsom who took total care and precise attention in replacing and balancing 3 new tyres. The Epsom branch is very classic car friendly (because of Mark's extensive knowledge and experience also with classics which also involved treating it with the right care and attention. ) So I highly recommend other owners of classic cars also come here at least for tyres. Many thanks Mark and will see you again!

Had a screw in my tire so after a quick check online I booked an appointment that afternoon to get the tire replaced.
The reception staff were friendly & efficient. 20 minutes later they called to say the car was ready. My receipt arrived by email together with a tire health check.
Good price, quick response & great service - highly recommended.

These guys are way too busy. They are taking so many orders that they can't keep a good service level. Always in a rush, alway to do only the basic stuff that doesn't require much time. I had 2 tyres recently replaced and the customer service is below average. I asked for the free brake pads check and aircon gas level checked, which I added on my online order with the tyres purchase.
They did nothing of that. Quite disappointing.
But they knew to call me twice to tell me that extra £80 is needed for wheel alignment that I didn't ask for. I gave 2 stars because they also did the minimum level of service.

Good service on 4 Dunlop tyres at a very good price. Had two changed on Friday, and two on Sunday. They did lave off a centre cap on Friday but refitted it on Sunday when I had the other two fitted. Friendly staff and a quick fit on Sunday, but of a wait in Friday.
All in all top service, but book any work required because they get very busy

I have appointment today 9:15 but until know they haven?t touch my car yet, its already 15:01 on my time. I wasted almost 6 hours, i supposed to work today i?m a private hire driver. If they will tell me when to collect will be great but when i ask them they don?t know. So what is the point of booking? ??????. I understand that they are busy. But they should understand that if someone book certain time means they have plans too..

Gave me incorrect information about changing tyres

Our car battery died late last night, and the AA managed to jump-start it earlier this morning. We then drove to Kwik Fit Epsom and waited outside until it opened at 10am (on a Sunday). Unfortunately, the staff were very rude. At around 9:55am, we simply approached to check if the garage was ready to open, but were abruptly told to sit back in the car.
When we inquired about replacing the battery, we were told they couldn?t do it on a Sunday, and the earliest appointment available was Monday. At the time, there were three or four staff members already sitting inside the garage.
This begs the question?what is the point of opening on a Sunday if basic services like battery replacement aren?t available? What else is Kwik Fit offering on Sundays?launching satellites? Changing a car battery is a fundamental service.
Fortunately, we kept the engine running and found another garage that was able to replace the battery for us. My suggestion is that there may be significant room to reduce labour costs?there?s no need to have several staff sitting around if they?re not able or willing to assist customers on basic services.

I came here 5 weeks ago for my appointment time which was to fit two new back tyres, I then had to wait for 45 minutes before being seen to, leading me to believe that the need to have an appointment was redundant. It appeared to me they were potentially prioritising walk ins? Fast forward to today, I was running 15 minutes late to my appointment (I needed another 2 new tyres) . I then got told I had missed my slot and would have to come back a different day. I then proceeded to ask for my tyres, which I had already paid for in full for prior to the appointment. My intention was to go and find another garage that would fit them today. They then refused to give me tyres- despite me having paid nearly £600 for the product. This has led me to chasing head office, getting hold of their policy, of which states they are now my property, yet still being refused them. I am unsure where the rest of the day will take me. But am currently still fighting to get a resolution.

The work they did was excellent and £234 cheaper than dealer, my exhaust is so quite now no rattles. And Steve really worked hard tracking down a sensor for my exhaust. And the manager done a great job trying different sensors the supplier sent, and most importantly kept me on the road until the right part came the next day. Brilliant service at epsom kwik fit, very very happy thank you.
