This Indian restaurant delivers a dining experience that is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service struck the perfect balance between warm hospitality and polished professionalism?attentive without being intrusive.
The culinary offerings, however, are where this establishment truly shines. Each dish arrives bursting with rich, layered flavors that speak to a masterful command of spice and technique. From tender, perfectly cooked meats to vibrant vegetarian options, the menu is a celebration of traditional Indian cuisine elevated with finesse.
Epsom has a lot of dining options, this restaurant distinguishes itself through both the quality of its food and the excellence of its service. For those in search of a deeply satisfying meal in a refined yet welcoming setting, this is an experience worth seeking out.

The food just wasn?t authentic. Felt like it was cooked a while ago, no spices, herbs or flavour to it. Everything just lacked taste. The garlic naan looked like it came out a packet and just warmed in a microwave. It?s definitely not an authentic curry and it?s been tuned right down for the western tongue. The waiter however was very friendly and replaced our dishes with something more spicy but even then, just lacked in flavour for us. Service was friendly, but food sadly is a let down.

It?s my local curry house and I?m glad it is. Been coming here for over a decade now and I?ve always been looked after and got good service. Already been here a couple of times since Christmas, so manage to try a few different dishes.
My usual go to is the Dhansak but for these recent visits I wanted something different, because they offer a number of specialties not usual found anywhere else. I tried the Garlic Chilli Chicken Tikka Masala which was rich in flavour as well as colour! But I actually had the Tawa Tikka Garlic Chilli, which is a family recipe and cooked on a flat griddle. It was both tangy and tasty as the menu suggests.
Being the hot head I am, I was eager to try their hottest dishes with the choice being between a Vindaloo, the Naga or, with what I went with, the Chicken Ceylon: cooked in tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, red chillies and coconut. Have to say, whilst the dish tasted great, it was lacking any real heat and I had to ask my friend to try just in case I was going mad.
Accompanying across all occasions: Onion Bhajis, Mushroom rice, garlic and ginger rice, peshwari and garlic naan, Bombay aloo and of course the obligatory poppadoms with the standard pickles and sauces. (Do check out their Chum Chum Chicken which is good).
They boast about low fat and colour free ingredients which is does taste lighter than usually expected whilst keeping the same texture and consistency. Decent portions and all well presented, attentive and knowledgeable service as always, decent selection of drinks with both Cobra and Kingfisher, complimentary digestifs and the standard hot towel and branded minty chocolate.
Well situated opposite the cinema, it?s a great option for pre or after meals, especially as they offer a discount if you present your cinema ticket. They use the space well and can accommodate groups but do recommend booking, especially if more than 4 of you. It?s nicely lit, clean and suitable decor, offers a nice ambiance to your meal.
Keep up the great work! We?ll be back for sure soon enough.

I popped here one Saturday eve with some friends.
They were full when we got there, so the chap said to come back 30 minutes later, and he'd have space for us...an indeed he did the second time around.
I decided on a lamb dhansak with mushroom rice, and it was a very enjoyable dish!
The curry itself was very tasty, with the sauce not being too sweet or sharp and of decent consistency as far as English curries go. The lamb wasn't too chewy either, with some lovely melt in the mouth pieces to be found.
The rice was plenty and accompanied the Dhansak well.
The service was attentive and professional.
But nonetheless, only 4 stars as there was no running water in the men's toilet, which, for me, is a massive hygiene issue.
It's definitely worth a visit for the food, though. :)

Bad customer service. Poor coomunication skills of staff. Impolite waiters explaining policies and stuff in a very wierd and rude way.

First time ordering from here! The chicken was cooked lovely, tikka very flavoury, but my roti was not cooked properly and neither was the chips, the rice also smelt a little sweaty almost? alongside that everything turned up literally smothered in sauce! Not sure if due to poor delivery or poor packing! Such a shame half my sauce was all over everything!

I ordered from them edamame, rice, and chicken tikka awsal... I ordered it for home. I mean, we didn't eat there. Mashallah, the food is hot, the rice is fluffy and delicious, and the edamas are not at all delicious and full of onions. I took a jalfrezi, it was all onions, not a lot of vegetables, it was red and a lot of oil, and the second edam also had oil and a lot of onions. And the receipts are good. As for the service and dealing, they are excellent. They explain and understand everything. I think the amount is too much for the quality of the food. The biggest problem is how he tells me it is halal and displays bottles of liquor at the entrance to the restaurant. By God, it is a shameful thing for us to be Muslims and those who work as Muslims and serve alcohol. Even if the food is halal, I think I do not trust them. This is the first and last time I order from them. They have. I prefer not to deal with any Arab or Asian Muslim restaurant that offers alcohol. This is not Islam.
