I've had an unfortunate experience with this pharmacy seems quite unorganised and there private services are appalling. On two separate occasions I've made an appointment at least a week in advance for a private vaccination which was confirmed and each time they have no stock of the vaccine. Its really frustrating and waste of time when they don't check their own stock.

To many phone choices and then if busy the phone call will be cut off. They do warn you of this but not very helpful.

Courteous and prompt service. I and my wife attended for Vaccinations. The injections were painless - almost imperceptible. We have used this pharmacy several times hitherto and highly recommend their service.

Second visit to Horton for covid jab. Very smooth and efficient service. Arvin was very friendly and reassuring in delivering the vaccines. Will go again. Very convenient parking too!

Very efficient.Welcomed by a friendly volunteer.Comfortable setting,easy parking.The nurse giving the immunization inspired confidence .I was offered a flu jab as well as COVID booster.The injections were painless,due to the nurse's technique and getting me to relax.Well done NHS.Wonderful advice.

Vaccination centre was well organised and I only waited a few minutes for my Covid jab. Health Care Professional who was doing the vaccinations was very good and I didn't feel a thing. I would choose this venue again next year

From the minute I walked in I felt relaxed and at ease the 2 volunteer Ladies were very helpful and the Doctor that gave me the Covid and Flu vaccines was very polite very welcoming and had a brilliant sense of humour it made it a lot easier for me

A quick in and out on a Sunday morning duel COVID-19 and Flue vaccines. Extremely friendly and communicative staff. Arvin the vaccinator was very professional. I wholeheartedly recommend the service provided by Horton Pharmacy
