Disappointed that H&B Epsom no longer stock barley flakes and rye flakes.This happens in Epsom a lot, chains stop stocking what you want, then the store closes because customers are no longer visiting the store as they can?t get what they are looking for.

Went to local Holland & Barrett today .Wanted something from top shelf .I accidentally knocked 3 items off lower shelf .As I bent to pick them up shop staff shouted at me in a loud voice ? leave them leave them ?He thumped a step up stool on the floor and started to fiddle about with things on top shelf .Another customer asked him for help and the staff said he was busy !!I have never found the staff good there .I won?t be returningI

From the moment you walk in there they are following you round like your a thief probably some kinda racial profiling! Which is pretty stupid since Ashley centre is the only place in Epsom with adequate security! Either way it's a rip off in there double the price of Amazon won't be buying anything from there again! Their loss Amazon's gain lol

May look good from a customers perspective however 95% of supplements within the store work by plaebo effect also the way in which holland and barrett treat employees is nothing more than a disgrace with a bullying culture imbedded within the area managers attitude towards store associates/supervisors and store managers specifically Steve Armitage the area manager heading the epsom branch a coward suffering severely from little man syndrome,employees are overworked and underpaid alongside often being hounded to write fake positive reviews in order to get commision(take the review below for example). The "we are qualified to advise" slogan that the brand boasts is laughable..how can you be qualified to advise when you are a 16/17 year old kid with a 4 hour a week contract as alot of employees were at the epsom store when i worked their due to the companies need to avoid tax when employing staff for more than a certain amount of hours per week. If a potential employee avoid holland and barrett epsom like the plague your worth more than that. If you are a potential customer dont mug yourself of holland and barretts supplements are overpriced with little or no madisinal purpose. If you are Peter Aldis take a long hard look into the attitude of your area managers they doing you and your company an absoulote disservice.
