I had a haircut appointment, arrived five minutes early, and was politely greeted by the receptionist. They showed me to my seat, mentioning the stylist would be with me soon. However, 30 minutes passed with zero communication and I couldn?t find the receptionist to ask what was happening. I noticed other customers had been offered and received refreshments which I was not kindly offered during the wait. Despite numerous salon staff seeing me and appearing confused about the extended wait, none of them took the initiative to approach and address the situation or offer an explanation.When I inquired about my haircut, I was told I'd been marked as a no-show, and my stylist had been in the back all that time. I am unsure how this happened as I had been checked in and I?m also unsure why they didn?t call me if that was the case. Feeling ignored and realising the delay would make me late for my next commitment, I left.While I appreciated the apology, a discount offer for my next cut, and the team's regret, I'm extremely hesitant to return. Being left alone and ignored for half an hour is subpar. It made me feel very overlooked. I do not live locally so I also had to cover travel expenses to get to this hairdresser, and the delay not only wasted my time but also added to the overall inconvenience of the visit.

Really dissapointed this is the second time they have cancelled on the day. Messing up my plans completely. They made me come into the salon to take a patch test eventhough I had a colour done with them recently - on the website it states that it's not needed. Only for them to cancel on the day I have a big event.

Headmasters Epsom is a really great salon, I'm there every 6 weeks so that speaks for itself! Savannah gave me some lovely cool, fine highlights in my difficult hair. She makes each visit enjoyable. See you in 6 weeks!Services: Shampoo & conditioning
