I felt confident from my first meeting with Francesco to discuss letting my daughter's flat that Hamptons would look after us well. The process with other members of staff like Alanna was equally smooth. They did the homework and found suitable tenants who we hope will return the flat in the equally fine order they received it.

We are settling into our new home thanks to the team at Hamptons selling our old home. What especially impressed us was the pre sale team. They applied polite pressure up and down the chain keeping the wheels on the process rolling.Their recommendations for solicitors and removal firms were spot on too. Moving home for the first time in 25 years could have been a very stressful experience. Instead, in a difficult market, Hamptons produced a steady stream of viewings for our property, helped by prominent online listings, excellent photographs and a well presented brochure, and as a result the house soon went under offer. We have just completed the sale of our house with the Hamptons Epsom team. We would highly recommend them for the following reasons: Their communications are speedy and effective throughout the process. Jackie at the office is a star, she replies and resolves within minutes. The sales team are a steady pair of hands advising you on the market and how best to extract value. The agents showing the houses are professional and friendly, and take into account all your wishes as a seller. While the internet is great at attracting potential buyers, these guys have the knowledge and gravitas to convert the potential. The legal team are quick with communications to both parties and the solicitors to get the job done expeditiously. We know the market now is what it is. And we know that the relation between people and agents sometimes feels like a relation with someone that is trying really hard to sell you something.We were looking for a property (buyer side) and dealt with quite a few agencies. Some trying to sell us the story of "how good the market was" (...) and all of that. I was surprised to say that with Hamptons in Epsom I felt much more I was dealing with actual people. They helped dealing with what is one of the most stressful thing to do in your life, from being available to show us the properties we like, not being pushy, being human. Up to all the process management which was properly taken care of, managing daily communication between solicitors and buyer/seller. Still, situation is what it is for the housing market, but we are a family wanting a place to live, not finance traders, and we felt Hamptons was very much suited to help us achieving what we needed. A long journey but got there in end. We stuck with Hamptons and they stuck with us. Good updates through viewings but in closure, we felt, we could have been more informed. We agreed a stategy to improve and this worked well. Whole office team very supportive and fully aware of our situation. Highly recommended.

Having sold us our house 9 years ago, we were keen to approach Hamptons in Epsom to sell it just recently. The team were efficient and communicative, providing a good service from beginning to end and, importantly, selling our house for pretty much the originally discussed amount. Moving house is often a stressful experience, but Hamptons were able to mitigate that somewhat with their excellent and continued guidance, pushing where required in order to exchange and complete with little fuss. We have recently concluded sale and purchase transactions with the Hamptons Epsom team. Having purchased more than ten houses over the years, I can safely say Hamptons have redeemed our view of estate agents - in a good way!
