1.Told can bye a dash cam but they can not fit told to travel a other store that may be able to but they can't be sure
2 purchased a bike part asked if they can fit it told not taking repairs
3. Just visited the shop to look at dash cams that I may be able to fit myself display was next to useless a total blanked by staff
So 3 visit 3 times I have been disappointed

Placed an order for dash and rear cam inc. fitting. website is ridiculously poor! After the order was placed including selecting the fitting centre I then got a call saying Epsom Halfords do not do fitting so they cancelled it, but not the order for the goods which were no good to me without the install. I then had to go through the very long process of contacting Halfords to cancel the whole order. It is extremely poor service to string a customer along like this, why allow a booking for a site that does not have installers!!

I came all the way from Stratford to Epsom to get the bike I wanted. The team member helped me a lot with all my questions, and I can't remember his name. But thanks to everyone, especially him.

Halfords team were great. They spent time to advise us of the correct product so us. Looking at options and listening to our needs.
Our fitter Dave was patient and kind. He explained the workings of the roof box. How to manoeuvre the bars and where the load bearing ridges are. He could not have been more helpful or efficient.

I recently purchased screen washer, and the individual at the reception desk was incredibly helpful. Both he and Cameron assisted me in refilling the screen washer, and I found them to be both professional and very helpful.

I bought a boardman bike 1 year ago. I needed a new chain set but the exact replacement has been discontinued. It took me three visits on three days to try get a part. Each time they asked me to come back the next day to speak to the technician. Each time I turned up he was not there despite me being asked to return. On the third visit they order a part. 10 days later having heard nothing I called the main line to be told it was in store. I got to store to find no part and they said it was out of stock with no guess of when it would be available. Told my best option would be eBay or Amazon. There was nothing they could or would do to help. Without a chainset the bike is pretty useless after only 1 year.
