Not only you can fill up your car and shop you can also get a quick coffee,wash your clothes,also you can eat at the pub,there is a hotel close by and even there is a ATM which charges you £1.50 but it?s free to withdraw money.

Worst place ever rude staff

Worst customer service ever. I have been going to this petrol station for years and have never had an issue until they changed management.
I came back in to get the change I was owed in cash after paying for my petrol. They told me to give them my details so the manager could give me a call and promised me this multiple times however I never got one. Every time I went in the manager supposedly was never there other than the next day after it happened where he refused to come out and see me. The manager was also LYING on the phone to me, telling me ?the manager isn?t in?. When I then called back a minute later to only be told by another member of staff that in fact it was the manager on the phone previously. I then asked to be passed over, the phone was left on the side and all I could head in the background was ?she?s calling back again? and they proceeded to hang up the phone.
They know they owe me this money as the next day, I went into the petrol station and the boy behind the till told me that ?you should get your money as we was (the exact amount) over when we cashed out the tills yesterday? however all of a sudden they couldn?t see anything on CCTV and the manager has been refusing to speak to me since. They then admitted that they had been avoiding me when my partner went in the next week to ask about it, and again promised us a call back which they never did.
I will not be coming back to this petrol station and neither will MANY people I have told about this too. The way they handled this situation is disgusting and should be investigated as they all know about the money they owe me.

Do not trust this hotel. My reservation for this Thursday evening, 8th September, which was confirmed back in early August has just been cancelled for no very apparent reason and with no suggestion for a plan B. I have therefore been forced to book another hotel at increased cost in a less suitable location,
