Bought my gf a ring. Told me all diamond. I've all proof. Was meant to be two k down to half price. Four times they did the diamond test Infront of me. All failed . No certificate also for something meant to cost two k. Steer clear. Footnote. Always do your own test before buy. Especially at that price. . The lamest excuse was there could of been a bad diamond tester. Lol . Epsom store. . And as I say I've all the proof .

Bought a eternity ring for my wife and they had to re size it which they did very quickly. All the staff are very helpful and friendly and I would recommend this store to anyone.

Very poor customer interaction. Went there to inquire about their click and collect service. There were 2 ladies - one at the payment counter. She was least interested in the questions and then her colleague started talking to her, and this lady just turned to talk to her, completely ignoring us. We just said ?thanks? and walked out. Never going back there again. Perhaps they judge on appearance or they are underpaid. It was a waste of time and left with a bad taste.

Went in this afternoon to enquire about a necklace to wear my late partners engagement ring on as a temporary comfort while I decide whether to have it used in to a wedding ring for me. The member of staff serving me couldn't have cared less, offered no help or advice or options, in fact could barely face engaging in a conversation with me. Worse than a useless shopping experience. I was actually thankful for one of her colleagues making an appearance and starting a conversation with her so that I could then walk out. Awful.

Unable to contact shop on the phone! Wasted hours trying to talk to someone. Managed to do an on line chat to be told my watch would not be ready until January!!!! In fact it has been sitting in the shop , mended and ready since mid September!! No one had let me know as they should have done!!! Won?t go there again.??

Terrible experience with Ernest Jones where I ordered a ring to be sent next day home delivery in time for my wife?s birthday. After 2 days without any communication I decided to call, only to be informed they had run out of stock despite originally telling me there were 2 left. It would now take weeks to be sent to me.
Following day (day after wife?s birthday) I?m called to be told there will actually not be any further rings supplied and the offer was a resize of another ring which could leave a noticeable mark or a cancellation which will take 7 days to be paid back to my account.
After the worst handling of a situation I?ve come across I decided to cut ties and wait over a week to be refunded and will never use the company again.

Denise the store manager has been fantastic to deal with. After customer services on the phone weren?t great at helping me with a situation with regards to my engagement ring, I was a little bit annoyed by the situation as it felt like I was being passed back and for the with no resolution, however Denise took it upon herself to make the situation so much better for me and whereas before I said I wouldn?t shop with Ernest Jones again, I would 100% return to the Epsom store. With both my wedding ring and engagement ring from there, this would encourage us to return for our next jewellery purchase so thank you!

Visited Ernest Jones to get my necklaces be fixed. I was accommodated by Nats, She?s very helpful with giving me information about my necklaces and services I could get. She has a fantastic customer service, I couldn?t asked for more. Came back to pickup my jewellery and was very pleased to be accommodated by her again. Just brilliant!

I visited the Epsom store to purchase an engagement ring for my partner. I was served by Nats who was incredibly helpful and had great customer service. Would highly recommend and will definitely return to buy our wedding rings.
