Worst network of them all. They block you receiving calls when your prepaid runs out! Make you verify your account each time you top up seriously useless network. Cold calls all the time too.

EE Epsom ruined our children's Christmas. Got two new contracts with newest phones that should have been under the Christmas tree. We spent there hours trying to get them the answer was DPD wouldn't let us have them... really?!! Now contracts have been cancelled and we'll look for better service elsewhere.

First class service from entire crew today. Went beyond to help me find a good deal and spent time and effort. Hugely impressed with them. Puts vodaphone service to SHAME.Even had a conversation about Quantum Mechanics with Lee....EE should use them as example of 1000% customer service . Enjoyed my time there. Well done team Epsom..should ask for a raise from EE
