When we entered dreams in epsom they asked if we needed any help.
We went to look for a mattress for my daughter.
She went around and layed on different mattresses.
We where allowed to look around and see what one she liked.
She chose a mattress we then ordered and arranged a delivery slot.
We where also given a free pair of pillows.

Fast and very efficient service from Shahid in the Epsom store this afternoon. He showed me several alternative mattresses to the option I had chosen online and provided me with a cold glass of water to get over the shock of the price ! Thanks Shahid

Just bought a bed from Dreams in Epsom, Prakash was excellent and help me decide which bed was good for me. Really easy to deal with and well priced. Would definitely recommend a visit to anyone looking for a bed.

I visited the Dreams Epsom branch on the 10th July 2025 to purchase a single divan, the service my wife and I received was excellent and Shahid was very helpful and attentive, he guided me through the whole procedure effortlessly and very professionally even assisting my wife who is in a wheelchair. I would highly recommend a visit to this shop if you are looking to purchase a new bed. It was a very positive experience.

I went to Dreams in Epsom on Tuesday 10th June and was greeted by Prakash at the door. I had no idea how to choose a bed so to start with I had a computerised assessment of my particular requirements whilst lying on a bed. Three beds were suitable and I spent as much time as I needed to try each one and make my selection. Prakash was helpful and attentive and the whole experience was unhurried, calm and friendly. After I?d made my purchase I bought some accessories which being an elderly lady I found too heavy to carry. Prakash very kindly walked with me to the car park and put them in y car. So I recommend you visit Dreams if you need a new bed or mattress etc as the service was first class with kind and friendly staff.

My wife and I visited the store this morning. We were greeted by Shahid who was brilliant from start to finish in guiding us throughout our journey to purchase a new mattress. He was very welcoming, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable and cared for all the way. We would definitely recommend visiting this store, and 10/10 for Shahid s customer service/experience. Dreams Is lucky to have him ?

Went to buy a 4ft 6ins storage bed. Salesman Michael showed me the bed which assessed my position in bed which I tried Had a look and tried various mattresses. Found one I liked and also a base with drawers.
