Driver smashed garlic dip while delivering, messed up the box, I have asked if he can replace the smashed dip, obviously I paid for it and don't want half open. He took the smashed one, said he will come back with another one. An hour later nothing. He never returned. Appaling service. Zero respect. And I'm loyal customer for more than 10 years. Well, it's time to move on then. These days, when business are struggling with loyal customers, I'm sure I will get better service somewhere else.

Ordered a pizza to collect with chicken and they gave me one with onions instead. The staff are overwhelmed, so I had to wait over 10 mins for someone to get the pizza and now it is the wrong one.

Food was Luke warm, overcooked and bland. Delivery driver was doing the speed limit and just blindly drove to the dot on his map rather than read the house numbers and blamed me for not being able to find the house.
This branch used to be one of the better ones with really friendly staff and drivers but nowadays I would not go near it. Go visit Pizzerium instead.

I ordered the Vegi Supreme Pizza from Domino?s, but what I received was a Vegi Volcano?a completely different product than what I expected. I reached out to customer service immediately and was asked to send a picture of the delivered pizza. However, my experience only worsened from there. During multiple follow-up calls, I was left on hold without any explanation, and on one occasion, the representative cut the call abruptly without offering any real help. When I attempted to speak to a manager to resolve the issue, my request was ignored, and I was again left on hold and eventually disconnected.
This experience was extremely disappointing, not only because I received the wrong product but also due to the unprofessional and dismissive attitude of the customer service team. I feel that my money was wasted, and the overall service left much to be desired. I hope Domino?s takes steps to improve their communication and customer support so that no other customer has to go through this frustrating experience.

Called in for a gluten free pizza. Can only order online they said. I was right on front of the guy. Don't take cash either they said. Hopeless.

Awful experience with this Dominos just now. Had the wrong pizza delivered, called to get it changed, I was sent a meat pizza and I am vegetarian so cannot eat the one I was sent.
I got through to a woman who insisted I was sent the right pizza, and that despite their website saying it was vegetarian, it was not. She then said there was nothing they could do to fix that and won't be sending me my actual pizza. Rightfully I was upset at this and the women said 'if you're going to get upset I'm not helping you' and hung up on me!!!
I called back again and the manager immediately picked up, I can only assume he overheard the conversation. He resolved the issue for me and confirmed I DID order a vegetarian pizza, he then organized delivering it to me, and did say he'd send a 'big dip' as an apology which did not actually arrive. So I do appreciate my issue got resolved, but that woman needs to be spoken to, you do NOT just hang up on a customer especially when you're actually in the wrong!?

If you leave a less than perfect review then they will remove your ability to order delivery to you address online or in app.

Been getting pizza from here for 10 years but in the last year or two it?s gone so far downhill it?s not worth the bother anymore.
The last 3 times I?ve orders pizzas from Epsom Dominoes they?ve delivered the pizza incredibly late, and quite cold. One time the pizza didn?t even show up at all, and after an hour waiting I had to drive there to go fetch it myself.
I?ve complained and twice they?ve given us a voucher for a free pizza to apologise but ironically each time we used the voucher the pizza was late again!
Even when I have gone to collect the pizza myself they?ve managed to get the order wrong and I had to wait half an hour.
Sorry to say, until they sort themselves out, don?t waste your time.

Very disappointed with the service made an order online today it said delivered which hasn't been. I have tried to call epsom branch but no one was answering and one person who picked up the phone just hanged it up on my face which is very rude

Been a customer for over 10 years and I have avoided leaving a review as I has received good service and food at times, however recently it has gotten ridiculous, they delivered my food to my neighbor and when I called to tell them I was accused of lying then made to wait 3+ hours for it to be redelivered. It is a coin-flip whether you will receive your food in 30 minutes or 2 hours, or whether it will be hot or cold. I don't understand how you can run a restaurant so badly or how the Dominos company allow this branch to stay open with all the negative reviews they get. I will no longer be ordering from here after years of being a loyal customer.

Very disappointing service in Epsom dominos!!! We ordered with a suggested wait time of 30 minutes which ending being a 2+hour wait time. We called at least 5 times on multiple mobile devices with no answer. We then decided to DRIVE to the shop in order to see if we could collect our pizza as we were now late to our prearranged plans. Upon entering the shop I proceeded to wait up at the counter for around 10 minuets with no service. However I then saw my app finally updated after 1 hour and a half to baking so just decided to go home after being rudely ignored by the staff. I returned home and then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for my pizza and sides, just for them to arrive?.. COLD. Very Very VERY disappointed in domino?s Epsom, it completely ruined our Friday night and I will not be ordering from you again until proven that the service has improved!!!!!
