I went into costa in Ashley Centre at 11.0am wednesday morning 24th Oct. All was good until i saw a female assistant blow her nose on white tissue then proceed to wipe down the coffee making area with the same piece of tissue! Absolutely disgusting. The manager was standing next to her doing paper work.
Do they have such things as health training?
I can assure you this is true what I saw there was 3 of us having coffee!

This Costa is the worst and worst every time I'm visiting ? staff was unfriendly, and the coffee was terrible. The place was dirty, with sticky tables and messy floors. After multiple bad experiences, I?m done with this place. Avoid it if you can. Very disappointed because I love Costa coffee ?

Served by a very unpleasant large dark girl (chika?) Very ubrupt and didnt wait for me to finish my order and kept interrupting. To busy chatting and having a laugh with her colleagues. Needs a shuffle of staff desperately we pay for customer service and its not here. Will be going elsewhere. Sort out your bad attitude.

Epsom Ashley centre staff are so rude , and service is rubbish. I had to leave the food i ordered , one of the staff made me so uncomfortable.

Got abused for having allergies. We ordered 2 cheese and tomato toasties and before the woman put them in told her about my allergies. She shouted in my mums face when she told her that and said along the lines of "you should have told me at the start now I have to clean everything!!!" and rolled her eyes at us a cold expression her face. I could not believe it she hadn't even taken both out the packaging so what was the issue. Never been treated so badly in my life for having something I can't help that affects me daily and is a big source of anxiety for me as it is! No one has ever made such a fuss about something as common as allergies before that I've ever seen. I deserve respect as much as anyone else does and so do the people with me. After she told me she couldn't guarantee that it wasn't nut free as they're made in the same factory with the same cold expression repeatedly telling me that it was a risk but if she'd checked the packaging properly there was nothing stating that. Awful terrible and traumatising experience! Complete mind play.

Very rude customer service, I asked for a larger cup for my medium drink, so it doesn't spill in my baby's pram's cup holder.I was told a firm "no, not allowed". Surely you could be a little more flexible?I am a regular customer, but now will be avoiding this store
