Was told on entering by staff that the shop was closed, however there was a few people sitting eating and drinking. I was then told the shop is open,coffee this way. I am not sure if this was supposed to be humorous or just to stop people entering the shop. But I didn't find this funny, but quite embarrassing in front of all the people, presumably customers. l won't be going there again.

My oat small latte is a white americano. No smoothness, too bad I only tasted it on the platform, would've given it back. Not worth the price

Pleasant interior and good staff. However Costa have yet again put up prices but not bothered to repair hand dryer in toilet which has not worked for weeks. Shame on a company who charge alot but are happy for germs to spread in their toilet

Just had a coffee over a meeting - nice and quiet and friendly service but the ambient temperature was uncomfortably hot. This is the second time I have found this to be the case - and the only other occasion that I have dined in

Staff are always really friendly and there's a nice atmosphere. I come here quite often to sit in for a hot drink and it's always nice.

coffee is always good here, it?s what you expect from every costa! the service is a bit slow at times but then it is very busy most of the time as it is in the shopping centre! the only thing we?d say is the girl behind the counter made us feel a little uneasy as she kept coughing into her hand or blowing her nose without washing her hands.. made us feel a little uneasy is all as then she heated & prepared our food. is a very busy costa so i recommend trying the one by the station or in odeon if you want a quieter place to have coffee or something to eat. always go for a mocha or latte and it?s always lovey. the pesto panini is again, lovely but a bit pricey. but it matches the prices of every other coffee place in epsom so it?s fair..!
