I saw the employee ‘Ben’ ask for the Id of a SENIOR woman AND her carer and refused to serve them because the clearly 70+ woman could not produce physical ID

One of the workers there named Ben should be far away from customer service jobs
He is rude and talks down to you all the time, people i work with have said they actively go out there way to shop elsewhere for their breaks because of his attitude

White male dark hair seems he has a lot of complaints on here working today wouldn't serve me alcohol I said to him I'm 36 years old think he's being a bit difficult wouldn't serve this young couple Eva think the managers need to have a talk with him
