I went into Clarks on the search for some black boots. Have exhausted the shops in Kingston I was delighted to find the ideal pair with the help of Maddy. She was extremely helpful and polite and a real asset to the Epsom team. Thank you Maddy!

Went to get my son his first pair of shoes went upstairs to the kids section and was told to basically get out as they were closed and we should have known that because the door was closed. She told us to come back in an hour if we wanted anything so clearly was open she just couldn?t be bothered. Maybe lock the door or put a sign downstairs saying that upstairs is closed?? And maybe don?t be so rude next time.

If you want to buy your kids shoes avoid this place at all costs. I went in today to buy my sons shoes the lady was rude, disinterested and not helpful at all!! The most awful customer service I have ever received.

The worst experience ever, the worst customer service received in my life.Izzy was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately cannot say the same for the manager. He should not proudly call him self the manager. I didn't see and managing skills. He is only good to manage to turn away loyal customers. He is very intimidating, not welcoming, unapproachable, unapologetic , rude and not professional person.I love the brand but I wouldn't pay again for shoes £100 and be treated the way he treated me.He refused to give me his manager's name. I really hope his manager will read reviews and take some action.The customers vote with their feet and I don't see good future for this shop.Liliana

We had forgotten our baby daughter shoes at home. This was the nearest place to go to buy shoes. Luckily on second floor for kids shoes they had plenty of nice girls available to assist and had in stock the show size we wanted. The assistant quickly measured our daughter feet and got us the right size options. We were in and out of Clarks with in 10 minutes as we wanted. Thank you.

Super friendly and helpful staff up in the kids department! Measured both kids and didn't push anything unnecessarily for a sale! Great quality shoes and good staff too!

This Clark?s was not the best I have been to I went in to get my daughters feet measured.My daughter is 18 months old and I have a 6 month old and for some reason they have the kids shoes upstairs there is no lift to get up there so you have to abandon all your stuff and take your kids out of the pram for me this was impossible.Really annoying when they put the kids stuff upstairs.

Terribly rude and unhelpful staff. With a limited selection and poor quality of shoes.Went there earlier today and the guy couldn?t be bothered to offer assistance. When I pointed out that the pair I wanted was opening a bit at the front, he said ?it?s up to you, either you want them or not? You have to be realistic?.I think buying a new pair of shoes, for that amount of money, should come in optimal condition!I will never set foot in that store again.
