A pretty ordinary experience in what is a rather grotty and grubby cafe. Two barristas serving - not so much as a welcoming smile. The whole place needs a complete refurbishment and an improved customer experience. Wouldn't go back again.

Came here for some drinks. Paid top dollar and was confronted with ingredients missing for certain cold drinks and filthy tables and walls that hadn?t seen a lick of paint for years. It?s ok selling the drinks but please have someone clearing up all the plates and cups left on the tables.

The toilets were absolutely filthy and even though a staff member had seen how unclean they were,nothing was done to clean them. There was urine all over the floor and all sorts of dirty tissue paper.

The cafe is located facing the plaza with nice outdoor seating. The barista who took my order kindly asked me for details on how I liked it. The chocolate brownie was rich and chewy if only it could be larger. I didn't like it when I couldn't find a table which was either vacant or cleaned up.

I don't know what they do to the coffee but it's amazing. You can definitely taste the difference between their regular coffee and the other brands.

Nice coffee...yummy cakes.Staff always busy but friendly, helpful and politeVegetarian options: Nice items to choose from, not many but some sweet and savoury food items ....however with drinks plenty of choice.
