I recently visited Café Nero with a colleague and was pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. A friendly young lady welcomed us by opening the door, although I regret not asking her name. Another cheerful team member, Elisha, prepared our coffees and introduced me to a new Colombian coffee bean, explaining its unique qualities in detail. Her enthusiasm and knowledge certainly enhanced the experience, and the Americano she crafted was outstanding. The entire café was clean and inviting, and the staff were both professional and warm. Overall, it was a delightful visit, and I highly recommend this branch of Café Nero.

This is a great café. Open long hours. And welcoming to everyone, from all walks of life.
However, one bit of feedback. Please could you update your opening hours on Google? It says 6.30pm close on Sat. But it is now 6pm. Thanks. Andrew.

Had a birthday cake voucher to claim last year Oct but couldn't locate it via my app. The manager (a young lady) of the place was so unhelpful and said, sorry if you can't find it just email support. She didnt eveb try to help. Anyhow, I figured it out and found my voucher. The Epsom branch isn't that clean. Cakes taste dry and old. I prefer going elsewhere after that experience.

By far the best coffee I?ve had in the times I have come back to the UK. Staff were friendly as well. Definitely recommend.

Amazing store !!!
Since the new manager has joined we can see how amazing the store is! Very organised, clean and a lot of attention to customers requests. The team is very holly and gives all customers their best.

My favourite cafe nero! Stuff is extremely friendly and know my favourite order, and we always have a little chat, which brightens my day! They all deserve a giant payrise, cause they all are amazing!!! ?????

Great coffee, friendly service, pleasant space.
A coffe chain with a small, friendly coffee shop feel...and if you get the Three+ app then you can get a coffee for £1.

Drinks were fine, but tables cluttered with used cups and plates waiting to be cleared away, plus there was a fairly lengthy queue to get served.
Staff were pleasant and doing their best to keep up - so no criticism of them. The the place was just understaffed for its size.

Toilets were outrageously disgusting. The whole place is dirty and in desperate need of a good scrub. Coffee was fine.
