I?ve honestly never experienced customer service this bad. I queued up, only to be abruptly told that without a table number I couldn?t be served and she literally walked away mid-interaction. I wasn?t aware of this rule, so I went and got my table number, came back, and tried to order again.
I asked for an iced Americano with oat milk, but she insisted that?s a latte. I explained clearly that I just wanted an Americano with a dash of oat milk, not the whole drink made with it, but she dismissively said, ?It?s the same thing.? When I asked if they did sugar free syrups, she bluntly said ?No.?
By this point, her tone and attitude were so unnecessarily rude that I said, ?You know what, don?t worry, you?re so rude.? Her response? She loudly shouted, ?Next customer, please? over me.
Unbelievably unprofessional, unfriendly, and downright rude. I won?t be returning, and I?d strongly recommend going anywhere else in Epsom for coffee if you want to be treated with basic respect.

I assume the rude arrogant woman who eventually served me will be sacked soon. All I wanted was a couple of drinks, but because I didn?t realise I needed a table number ( there are no signs) I was just ignored and she began to serve the next person. I had already been waiting a few minutes so I had to rejoin the queue. When the drinks the saucers were full of spilt coffee, no attempt to clean or apology. Do not use this awful place,

I visited Moka with my friends yesterday for brunch. The food was delicious and fulfilling, even the service was good and staff was friendly. It was a very nice experience.

I ended up here with my best friend and we decided to give it a go. The service was truly shocking, such a miserable waitress & un-friendly would be an understatement. Food wasn't the tastiest & a lack of effort with how it was served as well - just slamed on the table! Others were served in exactly the same way. We wouldn't be returning.

Rude staff, had feet on customer chairs tying laces then went straight back to serving food, mediocre food at best. Avoid.

Been a few times with good experience so went for our anniversary lunch. Dirty crockery and cutlery despite being replaced twice (so 3 times in total) just for the coffees and completely inept server who didn't seem to care. Couldn't face the food, so left. Keep the £30 as it's a relatively cheap way of not catching something nasty from your dirty cups, saucers and spoons and means I can tell everyone to avoid you. Seriously, you had the chance to get it right three times...

Staff (the ladies) are definitely not happy to be there. Greeted with angry faces by multiple waiters. They kept slamming the plates and cutlery, and metal trolley around. Food just ok.

Visited here whilst working with a young person with specific tastes. The staff went above and beyond to ensure they got it right for the young person and were all extremely friendly. Great spot inside the centre, and a special thank you to Maria for all her help today.

Lived in Epsom for 10 years and always ate at Cafe 1 over the Road, but then Cafe 1 went a bit rubbish so I started eating at Cafe Moka.
Even though my preference is usually a greasy spoon type cafe with a big greasy full English, I really like Cafe Moka - the food is good quality, not greasy (so my wife is happy), the service is decent, and the food selection is upper end cafe towards restaurant level.

Nice smoked salmon club sarnie very tasty.. crisps were scattered all over it though. They need to be on the side as they became soggy from the salad and sandwich filling. Nice portion and service with a smile. Very cold inside marble table tops are freezing. Thank you ??
