Great service from the team in Epsom, especially Paula. She was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely patient with me. I?m very glad I chose this branch for my eye care.

Boots itself is a lovely place to shop and colleagues who help are always kind, however they are really being let down by security guards. I recently had a horrible experience with a security guard on the 31st of May. I didn?t realise the time and got a bit carried away, I was approached by a security guard, Mohammed, who saw I had an item in hand and asked if I was buying in a rude tone, I said I was and he pointed out it was 6:00 and that the shop was closing and that I needed to ?hurry up?. I admit my mistake of not checking the time, but I felt like I was pushed out of the store. I told him that I didn?t want to buy anymore because quite frankly that experience put a sour taste in my mouth. I mentioned to him that the way he spoke to me was rude and unnecessary, to which he proceeded to tell me he wasn?t being rude he was just telling me the time. To which I said that the extra comment of ?hurry up?, mixed with his rude tone was unnecessary. I got his name. I shop at boots frequently and never had this experience ever. I work retail and understand that sometimes it can be tiring but you as someone who works retail should not under any circumstance make a customer feel pressured, uncomfortable or be rude to them.

This should have been a 5 star review but it has been reduced to one by the security guard stood by the door to the Ashley centre on 20th of May between 10.30 & 11 am chewing gum & blowing bubbles.............

The manager in Boots at Sutton high streets attitude is absolutely disgusting, with her rude behaviour shouting and screaming which not okay, she has really shown her true colours as a manger, she should not be manager at boots as she?s not deserving a role in leadership. What I witnessed today was horrible therefore I am complaining on her for being rude. I am shocked that they have given her a manger role when she clearly can?t do it. Thank you

Really Lovely service from Kim, who works in store on a Wednesday. I took my disabled mother in to look at Estee Lauder foundations and she was really helpful. She took her time to help my mum understand which shade suited her and even showed her products which would help cover up her roseaca. Fantastic service, and advice.

In general, Boots is okay even if the prices are a bit higher , but when you visit the pharmacy for prescriptions all the time, you wait for small things or just to ask something, it's taken 20 minutes wait to put some medicines in the pack and to write on computer. Many times, I have seen 5-6 people there, and just 2-3 of them are working, and of course, there are too many people waiting for a prescription..

Boots as usual. It has photo printing machines in front of the opticians. Easy to use and good quality photos.

I've recently stopped shopping at Boots because it's been changed to self checkouts and only 1 allows cash creating a stupid queue. I have had to ask for assistance a couple of times as I have numerous disabilities and a toddler but have been refused help every time apart from the one lovely lady that recognised my needs and offered to serve me before I even asked (thank you)! It's not hard to see that I am not well but most of the staff do not care at all. The self checkouts require bending down too far and turning away from your child so they are unfit for disabled users and parents with young children. The self checkouts spit out the receipts straight onto the floor. So you cannot get your receipt unless you bend down and pick it up. This shop has become disabled user unfriendly and baring in mind how many parents and elderly people use this shop, I find it shocking that there are so many staff members unwilling to help even when asked. There is one member of staff I have found particularly irritating as she has watched me struggle on numerous occasions and denied helping me when she was literally just standing there staring at me and doing nothing else. Made me feel so uncomfortable I won't come back.

Appalling place to shop. Had the African security guard literally race from the other end of the shop and stood directly behind me as soon as he noticed me. I have been in store and bought products numerous times before. Never felt so awkward in my life. He was just staring at me. Won?t be returning!!

Literally had 3 staff members and one security guard standing behind me as I tested a high-end foundation. They weren?t even hiding that they were watching me. The lady who served me was also very rude and I felt hurt seeing the treatment. I?ve worked in retail for years and I know the difference between someone being tired from a long day and when it?s someone just being terrible at customer service. So disappointed but what else can you expect as a person of colour in Epsom.
