I had the misfortune of going in to this branch on the 28 April .I was waiting in line when one of the counter assistant approached
me full of cold i told her i was immune suppressed and could she stay away from me .to which the second assistant i was waiting to see announced i have a cold to so i said i would go too another branch and maybe there anti bac stations could do with being filled if all the staff have colds as i went to leave and was told i am not refusing to see you if you wait over there i will get someone else to see you. I went over to a waiting area dropped my folder to the table and sat down i was then warned about that ,I have cancer in my back neck and ribs and don't bend well assistant 2 walked to the rear of the branch on her return she announced to
assistant 1 and said another assistant would be dealing with me I've told him what he's was like i found this totally unprofessional loud enough so the whole back could hear ,earlier assistant 2 had been saying how she had been in banking for 21 years clearly it was not in customer service .I was shown through to assistant 3
who was very helpful and i concluded me business and left the branch. I have banked with Barclays for 40 years and i think its time to move. A bit of staff retraining might help !

I came into the branch for some help with contacting legal and general who i have a direct debit with . Diane helped me with calling legal and general and downloading their app. While i was in the branch i told Diane that my phone was not working . Warren helped me to take my phone off safe mode and allow my apps to work . They were both so helpfull .thank you

the ATM (outside) Barclays has not worked for almost 2 weeks, this is horrible as the bank closes at 3pm
