I had to return a faulty phone I had bought and the process was hassle free. One of the staff named Naresh was quite helpful. He helped back up my data on the faulty phone on Google drive before resetting it. Really nice and patient guy

Every recent order I?ve placed which has said is available straight away or by a certain time never seems to be available. Argos need to sort out their system or deliveries because it?s pointless offering a service that they can?t meet

Went for a cup of tea and a sandwich to the cafe at Sainsburys. Never again. Tea is a mug of hot water with a tea bag dunked in it. The cheese/pickle/tomato sandwich turned out to have green/blue mold on the tomatoes. The serving staff member was very nice and replaced it with another, but at that point we didn't exactly trust it. The odd thing was the staff member did not seem surprised by the mold, so perhaps it's a regular occurrence? I am really amazed that Sainsburys run such a low quality cafe, obviously they have a very poor manager, who should not be in food service. I am hoping not to have food poisoning following the visit. I strongly advise against eating there.

Two weeks ago I placed an order at Argos for a TV I gave my address details I confirmed everything, then I was completely surprised when I saw a confirmation to go and collect my TV from a store which was more far away from the place I live, considering there is a store 10 min from my place, I ordered a delivery cause I can't collect it from the store. Finally I managed to get my TV from the store but the attitude off the staff members was horrible I requested a help to take it to the cab and they refused. They was rude when speaking to me...

Disappointed with Mark the store manager . Failed to keep me updated on the return of my laptop during repair.Mark promised a 4 day turn around repair service. It has now been over 2 weeks.Had to cancel a tutor lesson for my son as of delay in the laptop .If I knew this would take so long I would have taken the laptop else where.Shame on Argos Epsom.A voucher would have been a gesture .Discusted

Visited on Wednesday night I was a bit upset as someone else was served before me due to the 2 queue system for pre-paid and standard payments. I made this known to the manager as she was the one serving and she was very rude. It may be worth re-thinking the queueing system if you cant man both the pre-paid and the standard queue.

ZERO COMMON SENSEVery frustrating experience that has put me off visiting this Sainsburys and Argos again. First time and last time visit.Attended this morning with my 5 month old and 2 year old children intending to carry out a quick collection for one item already paid for online at this Argos. The entrance to this Argos is unfortunately within a Sainsbury's. On my arrival, due to Covid19 precautions, I noticed a large queue snaking around the car park. It was also raining heavily. I was informed by those monitoring the queue that even though I only wanted to collect an order I would have to join the large queue of people looking to carry out grocery shops. They also offered me an umbrella but I thought they were joking as i was shocked and found it surreal. They told me the queue was 5-10 mins max.20 mins later and after being completely drenched the rain, I enter the store, go towards Argos and surprise surprise, Argos is completely dead with no customers. I pick up my order and leave the store within 1 minute of entering. On leaving the store I see a woman asking if she can come straight in and not queue up as she she needs to use the toilet To my horror they allow her to enter.I am also an emergency services worker and needed to get home quick to get ready for work.On leaving I have two very distressed small children and I am completely wet by the rain.WHY OH WHY SAINSBURYS/ARGOS, CAN YOU NOT USE COMMON SENSE!!!

Not that busy but staff so slow or undertrained it took ten minutes to get one item whilst they were busy pulling out things people hadn?t ordered! Not the first time so will have to shop elsewhere from now.

Terrible service, the staff act slow. It's like they have never been trained before. 3 of them serving one person while I had to wait 10 mins just to be served.
