Very slow service. Inattentive waiting staff who didn't seem bothered about the customers. We left having waited over 30 mins and not been served. Saw other customers waiting and even having to go up to the food counter to collect their own food. Come on Savill- sort your staffing out.

Beautiful location in an airy and breathtaking building. Plenty of space for lots of guests, however, on this occasion the service was terrible. The staff were very friendly, however it was so slow to do anything, such as place and order, wait for food, and pay. It wasn't even a busy time of the day, which makes it more disappointing. Quality of food was good, but it's very expensive.

Absurd queue control (tables for 2&4 left empty for twenty/thirty minutes with a large queue nearby), no sign of active management, food and drink left on the pass for 12 minutes +, and a ridiculous waiting time for food. Shambolic.

Experienced a significant degradation of service on 08/09/24. Waiters were all hidden and orders and table deliveries were done 100% by their assistants. Therefore, I had to wait long time to have my order taken and then when it was brought to the table to observe that 2/3rds was missing. The restaurant wasn?t even close to being full.

There were five of us for Afternoon tea, the welcome and service overall was excellent. The sandwiches and buns were just right, the cakes were spot on and delicious, we could not eat everything. Our only moan was that when offered another pot of tea (very nice) they just filled the teapots up with hot water and did not refresh the tea bag! However apart from our moan we would book again.

Very nice venue, but service a bit slow. It was quite difficult to get attention to our table and the server was clearly getting distracted with other things when I asked for something. Regarding food: it was ok, but not great. We had pizza margherita, which unfortunately was a bit bland. It was disappointing to see dried oregano sprinkled on top of the pizza instead of fresh basil - I would definitely expect this on a £14 pizza margherita. At least it was served very hot. I wanted to have some dessert but I changed my mind after waiting so long for a server to come to us.

The setting is lovely but sadly food and service needs sorting out ! Had lunch and ordered Carrot/coriander soup ?peculiar spicy taste , sent back and it was crossed of the bill , my dining companion ordered pizza , it came quite quickly hence not cooked properly ?could do with being served on a hot platter also ! My companion did pay but not at all happy with food or service .

Atmosphere and food very nice , service a little bit slow . Wierd hours of serving food . We ordered pizza that was the only food available before 12 but must admit it was delicious

We complained about the food description. We were ignored for over an hour until we managed to get their attention. They ask if they could clear the plates but only took away halve the plates. We asked for manager who gave us a one word answer then walked away rolling her eyes. We will not be returning to the restaurant ever again.

Nice coffee and sandwiches, in a lovely setting. Unfortunately, the scone was dry and a little stale. Although the service was rather slow, the staff were very pleasant.

Four of us went for lunch to celebrate a birthday. The main course was good but we?re disappointed by the sticky toffee pudding desserts which were distinctly lacking in sticky toffee sauce!We told the staff who apologized but gave little explanation or reassurance it would be better on any subsequent visit. On balance we were underwhelmed by the experience.Parking: At £9.30 it was expensive parking as we just visited the restaurant for lunch.

Edita who served us was absolutely lovely and went one step further to give my mum a lovely birthday cake which was so appreciated. Thank you Edita ?(The food was good but as others have noted it was pricy!!)
