May want to review the policy. They have it listed as child friendly but we were turned away with a newborn at the door and told it?s adults only!

Lovely rooms - location isn't ideal - next to the M25 and on the Heathrow flight path !! Quiet it isn't!!

Great hotel overlooking the River Thames. The only downside is the constant traffic noise from the M25 and A30.
Excellent food and friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Various activities such as archery and rifle shooting.
The lift is rather small considering the number of guests and their age range.
Nice rooms.
Rooms: Nice bright, comfortable rooms.
Nearby activities: Windsor, Hampton Court etc
Walkability: Path along the river.
Food and drinks: Excellent

Room = spacious, clean. Food = good choice, plentiful, well cooked ( but lukewarm, probably to be expected with large scale catering). Staff/service = could not be faulted. Entertainment = house band exceptional ( though lady singer too loud and shouty), Theatre group very talented - William part of it and great in Lounge but Jimmy struggled next night. Guest trio also exceptional. Wine tasting experience fun but nothing said about technique, etc, just about tasting 6 of Warners wined. Very good manicure. Pool and Wellness centre looked amazing.
Downside = heating been broken down for a while but not informed of this in advance or on arrival so no chance for an extra layer. Having mobility issues, had negotiated a room very near facilities with a shower....turned out to be about as far away as you could get, with a bath!
Otherwise, range of comfortable seating around and good view of river.
Very impressed with the manager- greeted us at breakfast and explained procedure, during the day seen stoking the fire, delivering food in the cafe area talking at length in very friendly way to staff and even turned up briefly at the wine tasting- set a very good example.
We will go again and be prepared.

Very well run hotel the room heating was not working so an oil radiator was supplied. Not adequate specially as the balcony door was drafty. Evening staff were good food was as expected top notch ! ?

Just went for a coffee and sat by a great fire. Coffee was expensive but you pay for the hotel experience
