Lazy. They can?t be bothered to take my packages to my neighbours when I?m at work all day and cannot come to the door even though I specifically requested them to via the app. To make matters worse, I now need to collect the items from the office which is NEVER open. Useless. Would rather use Hermes tbh LOL

USELESS?.Open from 8-12 on a Saturday and Monday! These changes weren?t supposed to take effect until August 8th. Twice now I?ve requested that the delivery driver leaves my parcel with a neighbour and they don?t even bother trying. Don?t use royal mail ?? stick to UPS or DPD

I'm home all day. the postman neither knocked nor rang the bell. even my dog ??couldn't hear it. this is reprehensible. the postman is too lazy to knock on the door

Absolute disgrace. The old lady that works there was unbelievably rude. I return later in the day at 3pm (closing time being 4pm), and it is closed. Unable to get my parcel. Reviews of this place are awful and I see why! What a mess

You can only get there by car... and then even if you drive, the customer parking is full to the brim, even the handicapped spots.Then you go inside and there are 2 customers... Their own parking (which is not available to the public) is empty bar 2-3 cars.Utterly ridiculous.

At Wednesday I got a red card as i wasn?t at home. So next day I went to pick up my parcel and the office was closed. So I went again at Friday and was closed again?! I was really angry so I just booked redelivery for Monday ( today) and I didn?t get my parcel. So after that all I went again to the office and what? Surprise!! Closed again!!! So how I have to get my parcel if the office is closed every time and whenever I?m booking redelivery my parcel is not coming ??!!!

I had missed some parcels so took my red card to the sorting office.A journey from work of over a 14 mile round trip.After checking opening times, I get there to find it closed.2pm it said online, and on the door, I got there at 1.30pm.So I called the help line, and thats a joke too.After filing an official complaint, I asked for my stuff to be re-delivered on Friday.I have used a days holiday from work to make sure I'm in.So far, at nearly 12.30pm no show!As the office shuts at 2, and re-opens at 4, I doubt it will turn up now.I used to be a postman, and I know the stresses etc, but a complete failure is unacceptable.

Gillian who works at the front desk is so lovely. I literally go in with all my parcels and she processed them so quickly and sometimes they?re picked up straight away because she?s keen to get this through quickly.I?m new to the area and was used to avoiding the Royal Mail service previously as they were quite rude when I?m from originally but this has changed the perception for Royal Mail for me. Lovely lady, lovely staff and always friendly.
