the toilet has been closed for a year. BP toilets everywhere work without any problems. a bit further there is a great shell station with a working toilet.

10th November. Stopped here for a coffee and to buy a sandwich. Super friendly, helpful staff, and, surprisingly for a petrol station, my macchiato was delicious! I don't usually write reviews but this was well deserved.

The staff here are beyond heartless. I broke down on the m25 and the AA arranged an external tow here to await further assistance (which I waited for for 5 hours). I was threatened with a ticket for staying too long! They repeatedly asked me when I would be leaving - believe me I did not want to be there! And they wouldn't let me use the bathroom at all. I hope that these people will find more kindness if they are ever alone and in need. Their behaviour today was quite honestly disgusting.

One of the worst service station I have ever visited because their toilets are out of orders for more then 2 years, I will never and ever go or stop again, please do not go or stop there. Thank you.
