Avoid at all costs for FedEx or similar services. I simply needed to drop off a very important document to be shipped with FedEx, they just had to scan it and arrange collection. Nope. I believe they were logged on to the wrong system and my parcel was rejected. My paperwork was correct but they didn't even try to help. This caused me to waste precious hours, miss important appointments, so I could get in touch with FedEx and, eventually, solve the matter elsewhere. In the end, the parcel was absolutely find and accepted as it was at another drop-off point. They SHOULD not deal with important matters such as shipments!

Terrible customer service.Unable to understand simple requests. Serves as a parcel collection point and says. "You have to have your parcel delivered at home or else reject it." What a farce, rude people, not interested in the importance of their service they won't see me again. There are much better businesses to support.
