Avoid at all costs for FedEx or similar services. I simply needed to drop off a very important document to be shipped with FedEx, they just had to scan it and arrange collection. Nope. Terrible customer service.Unable to understand simple requests. Serves as a parcel collection point and says. "You have to have your parcel delivered at home or else reject it." What a farce, rude people, not interested in the importance of their service they won't see me again. There are much better businesses to support.

I just paid 72p for two carrots….TWO LOOSE CARROTS. Avoid this place at all costs.
