Went to collect a prescription for back pain. I often get my medication posted as I need to take it for the rest of my life for a chronic condition and don?t want to queue in a pharmacy every two months.Whilst talking to the cashier about my order preferences the woman in the pharmacy (perhaps owner or family member) rudely shouted over the counter that I should go in to the pharmacy to collect all my prescriptions to support bricks and mortar pharmacies. I believe there is a place for both high street and online and support both depending on my needs / availability. Today I chose Jays pharmacy instead of Boots to support what I thought was a local family business - I won?t make that mistake again. The woman was rude and could have made her point more appropriately. I didn?t invite her for her opinion and she should have apologised for being so forthright and rude to one of her customers.If they feel so strongly about being opposed to people also using an online service - then compete with it! Find a personalised and superior service! Don?t attack customers when they have chosen to give you their business!!!!

Always go over & beyond. Service with a smile. All the staff are excellent. Helpful, knowledgeable & courteous. They are available on the phone when needed. My family & friends alike like to support a local friendly & professional chemist. I highly recommend Jays Pharmacy in Egham.

I spent a couple of hours in this pharmacy today.I was blown away by the customer service and great interaction between staff and customers.Nothing was too much trouble.

I would avoid this pharmacy. 111 provided a prescription to this pharmacy when my doctors wasn't open. I called to confirm they have it before making the trip to the pharmacy and they were telling me how they will refuse to give it to me and that I need to speak to my GP all though 111 had provided the prescription which could be proven by phone call recording. The woman I was speaking to is incredibly rude she got angry at me for asking what I'm meant to do as I need my medication. She answered me back very rudly and couldn't help she knew I was in need of my inhaler but because of her refusal I ended up in hospital after having a asthma attack. Luckily our phone call was recorded so I'm taking all my evidence further due to her customer service.

Every time I go to this pharmacy I treated rudely, the phone is answered by people who do not know what they doing. Giving the wrong information and advice. Not giving out medication with prescriptions. I would highly recommend NOT using this pharmacy. They also give out medication to imagrants whom go to the uni without a prescription. They cannot deal with 'busy times' which is no more than 3 customers, when they have 4 people working there. Refuse to answer phone calls and when they do its with a rude tone like you are a criminal for calling them.

Avoid if you can. I just had the most ghastly customer service experience in my life. They tried to make me feel like a terrible person just because I wanted to return a cleanser. The law in UK is clear, anything that is unopened or undamaged can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. They made me wait for an hour and tried to convince me that it cannot be returned. In the end they did finally accept to refund it but then told me very bluntly to never come into their shop again. That was shocking to hear because I was being very polite despite their unprofessional conduct.Just awful!

Jays pharmacy in Egham have always been helpful polite caring and attentive when l have needed answers to questions. My prescriptions are always ready when l collect. First Class service from them all.answers

I am so happy I tried out this pharmacy.Today I visited Jay's after my regular pharmacy told me they didn't have the dosage of my regular medication. They only gave me the option of taking the prescription away. I walked into Jay's worried I might not be able to get it and it's a medication I can't suddenly stop.Jay's staff were all so helpful. I could see that they were busy but the lady helped me to resolve it giving me a solution. I happy to agree to them being my nominated pharmacy now.
