I bought all the balloons for my 50th celebration. Kay provided an exceptional, outstanding and friendly service. She had better ideas than me ( which I went with ), kept me in the loop with my order and even delivered the balloons as the venue was 4 doors down . This goes beyond and I am very grateful, thank you so much .

Had a balloon order for a Saturday morning, to be picked up at 9:30. Bearing in mind that they open at 9:00 the manager has been hesitant and didn?t want to accommodate the order. However; the employee Nikki has stepped in, volunteered to start slightly early to deliver on both of the orders that were placed! Amazing initiative, work ethic and commitment from Nikki. That completely saved my party and made my experience with the company?s services so much more positive. Thank you!

Visited this store a couple weeks back and genuinely one of the nicest managers I?ve met in the retail industry. She was great with my son who has ADHD and couldn?t find what he wanted and went above and beyond to put a smile on his little face. The lad who served me was just so sweet and helpful and I made sure he got the feedback he deserved so he can be recognised by the company as being a valued employee. Just a great experience all round!

What a kind and wonderful experience.Just left the Card Factory in Egham.And a lovely lady and young gentlemen went above and beyond not only for me but other customers to help and provide excellent service. I didn't catch their names but they really do deserve something special. So I hope leaving the date and time will get them the recognition they deserve. Visited 16/02/2024 at 5pm.

Went into card factory hoping to find a late Mother?s Day card expecting staff to be polite and helpful. What I received was a rude and passive aggressive worker telling me that I?ve left it late and they don?t have any, regardless of being unaware of my recent circumstances. This was very upsetting and unprofessional as I thought card factory would be the perfect place to find one. I will not be returning to the Egham card factory.

Friendly staff. Used twice now to recycle helium balloons worth the drive so the balloons don't end up in the landfill. Wish more shops offered this service. Keep up the good work card factory Egham thankyou to Debbie and Nisha.

Cardfair do a great range of cards, wrapping paper and all the other things you find in card shops and most importantly is cheap!! Despite most of their stock being great value it's also of a decent quality so no-one can tell you've been economical in buying them their birthday card. The shop is a relatively new addition to Egham and a welcome alternative to Clintons which is much more expensive. Though it's only a small shop, there's loads crammed in here and you're bound to find what you want. It's particularly worth a visit just after Christmas for bargain cards and wrapping paper for next year. The staff are friendly and are happy to help if you're looking for something special.
