I bought all the balloons for my 50th celebration. Kay provided an exceptional, outstanding and friendly service. She had better ideas than me ( which I went with ), kept me in the loop with my order and even delivered the balloons as the venue was 4 doors down . Had a balloon order for a Saturday morning, to be picked up at 9:30. Bearing in mind that they open at 9:00 the manager has been hesitant and didn’t want to accommodate the order. However; the employee Nikki has stepped in, volunteered to start slightly early to deliver on both of the orders that were placed! Amazing... read full comment
