Came here with some friends as I am a local student who strives for academic excellence and success. After a long study break, I was freezing outside. I decided a lovely neros beverage would warm me up as it?s my favourite place to go. As I approached, i saw that there was a huge queue inside. I decided to wait outside due to how busy it was. I started eating a few crackers and the area manager abandoned his job role to come outside and kick me off the premises for consuming a couple of crackers. Despicable behaviour, disappointed. Unbelievable attitude.

Nice , cosy place , we go there a lot but a bit uncomfortable when the air conditioning is not working. Much better pastry then other coffee shops.

The store has upgraded and expanded their ovens and grills ! The whole store is an oven now. You can get any item baked with zero oil that too free of charge. Took my steak to have it grilled. Unfortunately the cafe was too hot that my steak got burnt.

Useless people. I've ordered coffees and croissants in the morning and they only delivered the Caffe. When I called them they said there is nothing they can do and just ask for a refund. They're useless. Why couldn't they just say on the app that the items are not available instead of wasting people's time. Zero zero zero professionalism.
Plus I called them and they hung up the phone while I was talking with them.
I love Nero Caffe but people from that place are useless.

Nice cafe but unfortunately served by a trainee and both coffees were bitter. Air conditioning does not seem to be working as very hot.

Food was ok but toilet was an absolute health hazard. I really don't understand how it can operate with a flooded toilet encrusted with excrament. Absolutely vile.

Last 3 times I wanted to buy a coffee and sit outside for a cigarette....I usually buy 4 coffee a week and a panini but last 3 times outside tables full with students eating sandwiches and wraps from tesco.
