Hello Burger King management team : could you please take a series action about this on the 16.3.25 we come to have dinner with my kids I saw on of the lady behind the counter which she had a red mark on the face she was so rude to the delivery riders we saw her attitude which was totally not acceptable please I request all the management team to look after this otherwise you will lose all the customers and business thank you

VERY RUDE STAFF!!
VERY UNTIDY RUBBISH EVERYWHERE. Staff need to clean the floors around where Thier preparing food it's disgusting and needs to be investigated by higher management.
All I asked a member off staff was a simple question and because I find it hard to understand things the lady went back to the till and said to her colleagues out loud " I told them twice don't see what the problem is, why can't people get simple things?" I looked at my partner and I felt to cry because she really upset me with comment she made sorry Egham burger king I won't be returning to you anymore

Staff are so rude and unhelpful! Can?t help with anything. I ordered through the app, and had a problem. They made me come in store to speak to the manager, and she was just as rude and unhelpful as the rest of the staff. Specifically the lady who deals with the drive through/ orders, maybe worth teaching some customer service skills, if they are customer facing!

??The hygiene standards are very worrying! Even my plumber commented on it as he felt ill once eating here. Family fell ill eating here, complained to food standards, however they said it's the 1st complaint received. If you get sick, also complain!

My burger was cold, when i took it back i thought the staff were very rude. The fresh burger was still cold so food hasnt been made fresh at all. Didnt get a lid for the drinks either. Very dry and waste of money not cheap fast food either
