Phoned before hand to made a donation but asked to have the bag back. They pretend they never received the donation. Such a shame as a charity when I went in to ask to have the bag a week later they treated my like a nothing. The girl was unhelpful and straight looking down to me. She called the manager eventually and she said not knowing anything. I even left a note with name and phone number. They are just thief. To avoid at any cost. If i knew i would have donate to another charity if I knew how badly i would been treated. Don?t buy don?t donate to them they are just snarky thief.

I walked in to donate something with a mask on my face. The fat lady with glasses gave me a terrible look and completely ignored me. I was so disappointed that I was discriminated by this lady just because I wore a mask. Will certainly complain to the head office.
