I've been eating at Pizza Express since the early 70s which says a lot about their consistency. The meal my family enjoyed recently was a standout experience because of the staff. Five stars all round.

We had an incredible experience at Pizza Express last night?both the food and service were top-notch. Our server, Pablo, was outstanding?friendly, funny, and truly genuine. He always came back to our table with a huge smile and a determined attitude. He made our evening memorable! Keep up the great work, Pablo!

Went for dinner here tonight and the food and waitress serving us where both fantastic. However? who I?m guessing was the manager needs to learn some decorum. There was clearly an issue between her and the woman serving us. Of course I can not know what this issue was and bad days at work happen. Yet the way this was dealt with was simply uncomfortable. The girl was being clealry told off several times and other staff and the manager where actively sniggering at the poor girl when the server walked off to complete the tasks she was set. Not very mature and certainly not good customer service. I would not visit again after such a childish display.

We didn't eat in here but stopped to order a couple of pizzas to take away. The waiting staff were very helpful and advised us what we could /couldn't order as well as taking our order quickly. I had a gluten free base, and unlike the pizza express Esher gluten free, this base was very thin, soggy and overall didnt taste very good at all. Ive had way better at other pizza restaurants. If youre after gluten free, Im not sure this is the best option

The Hampton Court restaurant has lost its sparkle although the food was excellent and service good. Very very expensive though. Not many people in the restaurant. Pizza Express not what it used to be

Superb server, sorry, I should have got your name. Food was good, not the best pizza I've ever had, but edible, hot and tasty. Recommended.

Horrendous customer service. Ordered from deliveroo. Food was stone cold and was advised to call the restaurant. Upon calling I was spoken to in a very rude manner and was hung up on twice before they began ignoring me completely. Horrendous service, spend your money elsewhere.

AVOID.This place advertises one menu In the window and then charges another amount once you pay.When I spoke to the manager, a lady with short dark hair, she just shifted blame to another manager who ?must have forgotten to change the menu?. And brushed it off.I?ve worked In the service industry and this was not a good way to deal with it.
