Please check out this amazing shop if you?re visiting Hampton court. There is the most extraordinary antiques I?ve ever seen! Rob was also our saviour he went above & beyond by helping me jump start my van to.

Not reliable service. On the website says it?s open but nobody is in the shop - shop is closed. No info at the front door either. Phone isn?t answering. I travelled especially to this shop from far. Quite disrespectful

Stopped in today and asked the sales assistant, an older man, about a set of glasses I was interested in. Before I finished the question, he turned and walked away. Seriously rude bordering on strange. For a shop that sells items only marginally nicer than a country charity shop, it might not hurt for the staff to be minimally civil.

Amazing place, looks like Aladdin's cave. Lots of interesting memorabilia from 50s and 60s.

Bought a £225 Victorian painting haggled down from £290. Being on the large size I left it at the shop to collect at the end of the day as had to finish work. I asked if they could put a wrapping on it to stop it being damaged but when I collected it was not.A half hearted attempt to drape some old bubble wrap over it failed as was not sellotaped so fell off as I-walked out of the shop.So a good start but a bad ending. Just a bit more after sale would of been 5 stars.

They have great things occasionly, but many items seem to be overprized (due to location perhaps?). They could be a bit more friendly as well, I always feel I have to be grateful to come into shop rather them being grateful having us as customers.

Bought an old wooden chest and some storm lanterns which I love! John and his partner were wonderfully helpful and welcoming. Thanks!

Palace Antiques has the big boy patch of what is otherwise known as the antiques mile. If you are looking for vintage/Edwardian/Victorian/jewellery/clothes - you name it, you stand a good chance of finding it in this street. Most of the owners are all pleasingly eccentric, and very knowledgeable of their trade. This shop is deceptively large, it keeps going on into other rooms, and spills out onto the road. Because of the size of this shop, they can get plenty of furniture in here. There are dressers, cabinets, huge mirrors, chandeliers. They also seem to do an interesting selection of iron statues, I saw one that was about 7 foot high. I was particularly interested by the frame dried and preserved butterflies - there was about 50 different types in one cabinet. Crustacean lovers, there was also an exceptionally large preserved crab in one frame. Please, no one get this for me for Christmas.
