U would think a charity would be happy 2 have stuff donated to them .. not this 1 !! The attitude of the staff is discusting.. I will never donate to them again .. the manager who is normally there is kind .. but the 2 there today need sacking !!!

Went to this shop in December to donate and pick up a jumper. The woman who served me was very blunt, rude and grumpy. The stock is on average 20% overpriced but good quality; it's one employee who ruins it. She slammed my change down, then yelled after me, "Huh! You're welcome!" I was not made to feel welcome at all.

Great charity with great staff and true preloved wonders!
From Fara Charity Shop - East Molesey
A bright and well stocked shop selling quality ladies and menswear as well as kids. Wonderful regular donations from the local community are gratefully received and ensure that the shop is always thriving with activity and filled to the brim.
FARA East Molesey is not far from Hampton Court Palace with FARA Teddington and FARA Teddington being the closest alternative FARA shops.
