Incredible service. Having preorderd the new parts for my existing pc with them. I dropped my pc off expecting it to take a week.. 5 HOURS later, I get a call saying its finished and ready to pick up. Not only a quick service but had some really great advise too. Really appreciate the work done and couldn't reccomened any more!

I can?t recommend these guys enough! From start to finish, they were incredibly quick, helpful, and professional. Their communication was brilliant they kept me informed every step of the way and answered all my questions promptly and clearly.

Simply fantastic, from start to finish, originally contacted this company after hearing about them via a YouTube channel I follow, and they did not fail to impress. My knowledge of computers is limited I'm more interested in playing games then knowing about what makes it all possible. Wire2Fire listen to my requirements and delivered perfectly, I am really pleased with the product and service I have received so far, would definitely recommend. There was a slight delay in delivery but that was more to do with my specific request that anything else.

Great customer service! I have bought a gaming PC from them a year ago. Suddenly the CPU temp was going through the roof and the PC kept freezing. I am right in the middle of a development of a new aircraft, so the idea of sending the PC away for repair was dreadful. However, the guys at Wiref2fire ordered the pickup on Tuesday, and my PC was back with me on Saturday that same week! That was really surprising as I expected it would take a few weeks. That is why I decided to write this review, because customer service is as important as the business itself. Thanks!

Bought a laptop here 6 years ago. Customer service at the time was great.What has prompted me to leave this review is how great they've been this much later with a full refurbishment, which means the laptop has many years left in it. When I took it to local repair shops I was told "laptops don't last more than 2 years" and quoted £80+ just to have a look. I contacted Wired2Fire on the off chance they could help and the service was nothing other than exceptional. From sourcing new parts for a 6 year old machine to getting tools to repair it that they didn't have!The engineer, Dan, kept me updated every step of the way and now it's back its almost as good as new!If you are looking for somewhere that will sell you a great pc and take amazing care of it afterwards you shouldn't go anywhere else.(And Dan, thanks again for all your help!)

Dan and the team do not disappoint. My second flight simulator PC from Wired2Fire, the oldest one which is just under 10 years old and going strong!A great package, well built with great cable management and double boxed for added next-day delivery protection. Got the Honeycomb Yoke off these guys. Very helpful over the phone and prompt delivery. Price was above the norm but understandable due to shortage of supply. Will use again!

Amazing friendly customer service - been using them for over 8 years now. Always honest and really helpful. If you seem to be going for the most expensive option when you will not get any benefit from it - they tell it to you straight.

Amazing service here. I had a PC built by these guys about 6 years ago and after very heavy use for 6 years it's started to go wrong. It's not covered under warranty due to how long ago I got it but Dan has been incredibly helpful in trying to find the problems and then providing a range of solutions to that.If you want great service at a good price, go here!

Here it is:Had no idea where to buy a gaming PC from, so asked a colleague who recommended Wired2Fire.Lots of quick feedback when deciding on spec with great advice. Changed the order (motherboard) several days after ordering and it was no problem. Machine arrived on time and is perfect! Since then I have had a couple of questions answered immediately and accurately. Fantastic service and build quality. Very, very pleased. Highly recommended.

This Company is a little gem! I have never purchased a PC from them before and have no connection with the Company other than being a customer. I ordered a custom PC for Flight sim and the spec was very good for the price. It was delivered on time and exceeds my expectations. The people there are very helpfull and all round its about the best buying experience I can remember having! Brian G
