Customer toilets ?out of order? for the past 10 months??? The manager told me it?s because their automatic light sensor isn?t working and they are waiting for someone to fix it. Waiting for 10 months? I just don?t think they want to clean them.

Bought the flat pack garden gate and saved £7 delivery with C&C. Easy parking, collect counter right by the entrance. A quick check of the PIN code and my purchase was brought immediately. Quick, efficient, easy. Thoroughly recommend.

Total rubbish staff are as much use as chocolate tea pot and there one coat eggshell is not a one coat it is one coat after the first coat so I would advise going else where for paint as they lie about there paint Doves or Brewers is best places in Dorking for paint I wasted £25 on there unless paint never again stay away if you want good paint

Wickes in Dorking has lost it?s way! Not enough stock and when they do have what you want there?s no price labels. So frustrating

Several items in wickes Dorking at the moment lack a price sign. Example, the bags of wickes 25litre topsoil, you can only find out they are 4 for £10, or the price for one, by fiddling about on your phone, also the wickes cheapest 20 inch saw, or one of the sealants. It is a crashing bore having to go back to the till all the time asking the price, or piddling about on a phone to look it up on line. Other than that, all good, with no queue to leave, and friendly service. But displaying the price of everything is pretty basic.

Normally very satisfied but this time after being sold and paying for12 bags of top you only had 2. I now have to come back later in the week to pick up 10 more. Not great

Never had a bad experience in Wickes, some of the kiln dried wood can be a bit wonky donkey but I always check. Yvonne in the kitchen sales is super helpful.

Couldn't fit a fence panel in the car so we carried it home, and then I walked back to collect the car. A week later a £100 fine arrived in the post. The warning signs are not very obvious.

A typical branch.As I review, this branch has just reopened after 7 weeks of lockdown, and has implemented distanced queueing around the carpark, 1-in-1-out and lanes around the store.The staff are doing a fantastic job under very difficult circumstances, keeping everyone safe while remaining courteous and professional

Recent visit. Staff were very unprofessional and not doing there jobs. Because of this COVID-19 situation it is important that the staff are keeping us safe. We had to wait outside for about 30 minutes at the front of the que while they let approximately 25 people out and every time stating that he store is too full. This is very dangerous as there should never have been too many people in the store. Its really not a hard job to count people in and out so please do it properly
