Great book store with an excellent selection of books and a very friendly and helpful staff. Also, a good selection of boardgames and puzzles. A ton of new/recent releases in the front of the shop which are well displayed and organized.

I visited this store today to browse the products, was welcomed by Simon who I think is the store manager who helped me find what I was looking for.The lady behind the till was polite and the store was very clean and we'll presented.Will be shopping here again.

Welcoming, bright and well laid out bookshop with lovely, informed and helpful staff - a delight to browse and spend money in. It?s also dog-friendly, complete with a water bowl (near new fiction if your dog is of a literary bent).

The guys in this store are so helpful , I ask them if they could get science revision cards for my daughter for her GCSEs,not only did they manage to get them they also arrived next day ,Simon is amazing thank you so much I now have a happy daughter ,will definitely use Waterstones Dorking again fantastic service

What's not to love about spending as much time as you like in a Waterstones. The guy working in the Richmond store during our visit was really knowledgeable, obviously busy but friendly and chilled. Needless to say we stayed long enough to choose/buy several books. Pure indulgence.
