Worked at Trentham Invest for 5 weeks (sometimes 10 hour days!) and am having to fight through ACAS to get the money that is owed to me, along with my pay slips! Nicola is a bully, unprofessional, rude and treats her staff with utter disrespect. No one stays which says everything about who she is!!!! 5 people resigned within a 9 week period Feb-Apr 2021! FCA....fit and proper she isn't, she's an utter disgrace as an employer and should be completely avoided at all costs!!Nicola takes no responsibility for her behaviour. Everyone who leaves this company can't be wrong!!

Trentham have been looking after my pension investment and providing excellent advice and guidance since 2013 and been doing an excellent job. Our relationship started with me being very sceptical of the value that they could provide despite me knowing virtually nothing about pensions or investments in general. I have been a client of Trentham Invest since 2006 and all my pension affairs and other investments have been professionally managed by them ever since.I wanted to post this for all the people who face the Lifetime Allowance test at age 75. I had no idea that this was a 'thing'. I asked Nicola Downs for help to assist my understanding of what it means. She supplied a most comprehensive report. The document was very well organised with an easy to understand index and and it flows really well. This enabled me to be able to make choices based on sound financial knowledge. She put my mind at rest regarding tax exposure and what my outings were going forward.The table at the end showed the LTA exposure and it nearly pulled all the data together.I have always found that Trentham Invest have invested wisely and the advice has been sound. I have had a consistent return even in the bad recessionary times. Nicola lays it on the line and helps you make an informed decision.
