Fantastic service from the manager Felipe I remember him from the redhill branch he has always been very helpful and always has great customer service I'm sure he will be in a higher position soon highly recommended to go to this branch

The manager in this shop definitely lacks in customer service. He comes across rude and doesn't really care about customers. I am not surprised that the shop was empty when I went in there if he talks to customers like he did to me. They need to get somebody running the shop that doesn't look down on people. Won't be going there again.

Went in the shop with my mum today to get some tiles for her kitchen floor and was not met with a friendly greetings in fact not a greeting at all and when my mum had asked about the pacts of tiles she was met with an unfriendly answer it really did seem like he didn't care for customer service at all as he didn't try to help so on that note we walked out and went elsewhere the young lad really needs to learn somr customer service skills I'm sorry to say

The place is good, but the staff are treated very poorly from what i saw when i came in, manager appeared to do little to physically support other members of staff.
