Service is disgusting here they don't look at you to interested in deliver orders than the people in the queue Jay was very rude and clearly had a cold as he kept wiping his nose with his hand did not go to wash his hand just put on gloves contaminating the other gloves he needs to do his food safety course again will not eat here again I would like a reply on how this will be dealt with

The service was terrible. He gave me a look like I was a bother for coming in and then threw the cookie. Very rude.

The manager Ava was very rude towards her fellow employee. As well as that her employee was also very rude towards me. He seemed like he didn?t care and kept acting irresponsibly. The bread was stale and the salad bar looked off. Clearly he wasn?t paying attention to my order as he gave the wrong cookie. He also made me pay twice and accused me and not telling him it was a meal. Not impressed.

I usually love Subway but this is not a good branch because they're extremely stingy with the salad and toppings, which are not as fresh as they should be. I've never had such a sad looking, mostly empty sub before. The lettuce (what little there was) was brown and soggy with a slight taste of fish. It seems they're very noticeably cutting corners with quality at this branch to make some extra profit.

Whoever draws the smiley face on the deliveroo orders, I just want to say I appreciate all of them! I sometimes order from work on sundays, and I'm usually quite stressed when I do, and those little smiley faces make me smile, and they're there every single time! =)

For 6 Inc Sub + drink I have paid almost 7 £ .I never paid that price before. Our Subway in Dorking its a bit expensive then other places.

I love a subway for lunch sometimes - however I have become used to the fact that you have to be strong willed with the lady who works there lol. I?m not sure if her job title is Keeper of Salad, but it should be. I normally go for a salad bowl, and it?s quite a painful experience making sure I get a suitable portion size. Often I receive the salad and find I have not a lot of lettuce and about 3 bits of sweetcorn, 3 jalapeños and 3 shreds of onion - so when I go there, I like to make sure I get what I?m supposed to!! So I ask for more, and it?s always the lady who?s been there for years who serves me, she literally puts a piece of lettuce, cucumber or what ever ingredient I have asked for and stares at me like I?m greedy lol, I find my self asking for more please at least twenty times and it?s INSANE, and often I still come out with a ridiculously small salad. What does she do with all the leftover salad, why is she so protective of it, do the subway employs pay for the ingredients personally! Who knows. But it?s a well known ?thing? in Dorking now that this lady doesn?t like to give the salad out ?

The lady Anna who I believe is the manager was so extremely rude to the other worker when I went in today. This poor lady looked like she was a new member of staff and was just trying to do her job in which she did absolutely nothing wrong but burnt herself on the oven which then led to Anna completely belittling her and embarrassing her in front of the customers. Anna?s attitude towards the members of staff is despicable and everyone knows it as she is known well around dorking for her bad attitude and rudeness

I don't want to be a Karen but the guy who put the phone down on me (he couldn't understand what I was saying) 4 times because they got my £50 order wrong, should be fired! Terrible customer service and he doesn't suit a job that evolves actual human being interactions. May I just add, going into the shop (in Dorking), they are terrible at communication.

Served me BROWN and SLIMEY lettuce, took almost an hour to arrive and soggy bread. Awful. Just don't bother.

Tried using points to pay for 6 inch and hot drink and the 2 staff behind the counter jus shouting in a foreign language to SCAN CODE when I already scanned 2 codes then made up some stupid exuse on how it was my fault. Terrible customer service. Horrible people.
