My wife and I took time off work to ensure that we could meet this contractor, a date and time was arranged but nobody turned up at the agreed time. After phoning the office they said that someone would call back, I?m still waiting. First impressions are important, especially when you?re considering the expense of renovating a house. Whatever contractor we end up using, it won?t be this one.
