I went inside the Dorking Specsavers with a broken hinge on my wife's specs.
I was told straight away that this couldn't be repaired. I left the shop. Same day, later on a tried my luck some place different and they fixed my glasses for 20£.
It is not fair to your future customers to lie them in the eyes, so they can order new glasses from you. I would never, ever set my foot in there.

Dorking specsavers are great the staff are all polite friendly and very helpful. Amari is very good he is very thorough and explains everything. Teigan is always polite helpful and gives good advice when buying new frames. All the staff make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble for them 10/10
